Anthony Zinni will present "HTML e-mail and how to creatively overcome technological limitations" at our August Dreamweaver Meetup. Anthony is an accomplished art director who specializes in solving client’s communication needs through creative design and the proper application of technology. In addition to his work as a designer, he has also been featured on numerous design blogs and is frequently commissioned to write for "Computer Arts Magazine." For more information please visit his portfolio at http://www.zinnidesig...

We will be meeting at Boocoo Cultural Center, 1823 Church Street, Evanston 60201. There is a parking lot across the street that belongs to Evanston Township High School. If the lot is still closed (for the summer break?), there is ample street parking both on Dodge Avenue and Church Street. Like any urban area, there have been crime reports in this neighborhood in the past. There is no need to be unduly alarmed... just use good sense as you come and go to your car.

Please extend the courtesy of changing your RSVP if you decide not to come. This will make space for someone else.

I'm going to cap the attendance at 40 this month and see what kind of a response we get. I look forward to seeing you in August!

Tony's grasp of the issues surrounding html email is thorough and I appreciate condensing good information down to an hour's presentation... no easy task!

    •  Good talk about the issues of building HTML emails for email campaigns.
    •  Excellent session. Knowledgeable presenter, excellent interest and questions from group.
    •  Great topic, Great speaker. I think the topic was covered at a nice level for all, and the Q&A was engaging and informative.
    •  I drove all the way there but didn't know where to park unfortunately and went home.
    •  Many thanks to Steve and his cohorts for all the hard work.
    •  its great meet up very helpful folks and arrangement is awesome. Presented was great and discussed the topic in detail and question answer session satisfied all the audiences.
    •  Even though the topic was not directly of interest, there was lots of useful information passed along to make the experience worthwhile.
    •  Thought Anthony had a well-thought out presentation with good, helpful information. As a beginner novice, I always appreciate a little more "how-to" hands-on demos of how things are created and evolve - which we rarely see, but the "how-nots" and resources he provided were very good, too. Thanks much for all your work in putting this together.
