Idea for activities in 2009. Here's the scoop; We'd hold a design competition based on a fictitious company or organization. Active members would form groups (3-4) to work together to design an effective website. Groups would have approx. 3 months or less to finish the website. We'd then post the websites onto a web server and have them judged by an impartial judge. (obviously, details to follow). There'd be a nominal prize, but what would be gained would be the experience of working on a team to develop a website. You could also add it to your portfolio. Again, we'll figure out the particulars later.
